In this case we can't understand what could have been improved besides the comment on the stairs and breakfast, features clearly stated on the website and all communications at the time of booking and repeated also at the moment of your check in. In particular we don't understand the review about the breakfast. At this time we can't offer the breakfast service and what you received was a courtesy. We explained at the check-in that you could use the coffee machine and we offered some free snacks but for some reason seems you wanted to take the time to repeatedly report this issue on multiple platforms and it's hard to understand such behaviour. When we can we try to accommodate our guests' requests but in this case it's really hard to understand what you were after, possibly there's been some other issue that we're not awareor perhaps the problem concerned another accommodation facility that hosted you.
